You saw something — a scam working the comments, a fake account wearing a real face, a bad actor hiding behind a screen. Put it on the board. Fill out the form, attach whatever evidence you have, and you will get a case number by email the moment your report lands. We investigate from there.

Before you file

If somebody is in immediate danger, or a crime is in progress in the physical world, contact your local law enforcement first — then file here. If an account is actively scamming people right now, also report it inside the app where you saw it; platform reports and a Tether Patrol case work best together. And only report what you genuinely believe happened: a false report wastes the patrol's time and yours.
